I have a super easy diet for you to lose twenty pounds. Eat 3 cartons of non fat yogurt the 80 cal fruit yogurts for breakfast and for lunch and then eat a normal dinner working on low carbs. I shed 30 lbs in 3 months on this. You feel full longer because yogurt is protein. If you get a hunber pang, ( I did not) then eat another yogurt. You are only eating 480 cals for two meals.
